TweetLevel (the "Site") is a measurement tool created by Edelman to assess the influence
of Twitter users.
All the information that is measured through the Site is publicly available content
that is freely available on the Internet. All content and functionality on this
Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images and the selection and arrangement
thereof, is the exclusive property of Edelman and/or its licensors and is protected
by US and international copyright laws. The contents of the Site are made available
for individual use and use by the media only. No commercial use of the Site or reproduction
or distribution of Site content or Site results is permitted without the prior written
permission of Edelman. Users agree that they will not use any robot, spider, or
other automatic device, to extract Site content or to monitor or copy our web pages
or the content contained therein. Users may print out a copy of a page on the Site
for the User's personal use.
Edelman makes reasonable efforts to gather and process information in order to provide
measurements of the influence of Twitter users. Edelman makes no warranties or representations
as to the accuracy or timeliness of information on this Site. Information on this
Site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Edelman assumes
no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the
Site or the sue and/or appearance of any information on the Site. Edelman provides
